Grilled Zucchini is a summertime favorite! Cooking this summer garden vegetable favorite on the grill brings out a lot of great flavor in a matter of minutes. It’s so easy!

• 8 medium-sized zucchini, trimmed
• 1 lemon, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1️⃣ 00:00:14 – Cut the zucchini in half, slicing lengthwise.
2️⃣ 00:00:26 – Squeeze lemon juice over zucchini halves and brush with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:00:45 – Season lightly with salt, or to taste, and sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over.
4️⃣ 00:01:18 – Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees F.
5️⃣ 00:01:26 – Place zucchini directly onto a well oiled grate, flesh side down to start. Cook with the lid closed, about 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
